Kylie Shellstrom
Kylie is a DONA-certified Birth Doula and Certified HypnoBirthing Instructor. She’s also certified in the Rebozo Technique, Health Provider CPR and has continued her education through the BEC’s Professional Doula Series and Anna Verwaal’s Womb to World. Kylie teaches HypnoBirthing, Hospital 101, Labor Comfort Measures, and Newborn 101. She consistently seeks opportunity for more training and education. Inspired by the birth of her daughter in 2013, Kylie followed her calling into birth work. Her passion for supporting others dug initial roots as a Certified Medical Assistant and OR Tech. Her experience in the hospital setting and knowledge of hospital procedures relaxes parents and answers many unknowns. In perfect balance, she encourages parents through education and empowerment to trust birth’s beautiful process, and to trust their babies! Kylie has a keen ability to look on the bright side of things and hustles her way through obstacles.
Like a true southern Californian, she enjoys being outside and relaxing at the beach. Kylie is also on the PTA, serves as a Girl Scout Troop Leader and wants to be a Pinterest creator! Her family is her utmost priority and she brings this mindset into each and every family that she supports and educates.

All doulas invest in the program by paying a yearly listing fee. By entering into contract with your doula, you do so at your own risk. The doulas are responsible for the means and methods for providing non-medical support to families, within their scope of practice.
